We recently had a consultation for a kitchen remodel, and I want to be fair by saying the design the representative created was excellent. He clearly had some great ideas, and we were impressed with the proposed layout.
Unfortunately, the sales experience completely changed our opinion. The estimate was around $75,000, and when we said we needed time to discuss such a significant financial commitment, we were immediately offered a lower price of $73,500 if we signed right away.
We politely explained—twice—that we were not comfortable making a $75,000 decision on the spot and wanted to think it over. Instead of respecting that, the representative became visibly irritated and remarked that, based on his experience, he would probably never see us again. When I asked for his business card, he made a dismissive gesture, shook our hands, and walked out.
No one should feel pressured to make an immediate decision on a project of this size. We expected professionalism and respect for our decision-making process, regardless of whether we signed that day.
The kitchen design deserved five stars. The high-pressure sales tactics and dismissive attitude did not. Because of that experience, we chose to take our business elsewhere.

My experience with the windows and countertops
Well the window people came in and just the two of them knocked it out in a few hours. They made sure to clean up after them selves and they covered the windows so that no dust came in.
The countertop people came while I was away and my wife said they were very quite and just did what they had to to finish the job. I did have to contact someone to fix some caulking that was missed. They showed up the next day and fixed it no problem. Overall good service.
