So excited to have our new flagpole from Capitol Flag. Clifton and Adam did a great job installing and Michelle was super helpful in organizing and keeping us informed. We look forward to the many years ahead of proudly displaying the Stars and Stripes.

Always excellent customer service and support
Stephen, we cant think you enoughf or the continued support!
Called 4 times before I got anyone on phone to take order
Dale, we cannot control how busy our phone line is at any given moment, or how many times you have to call to get through to us. This is out of our control. We would appreciate it if you updated your review to reflect how the things we could control were handled. like once you got through, did we have what you needed? were we professional and helpful on the phone? Was the product you received of high quality? I would hope you would reconsider updating our review to reflect our own actions, and not whether our phone line was busy when you called.
Thanks Bruce!
This is our 3rd project with Capitol Flagpole, always great to work with.
Mark, cant thank you enough for your support of our business. I really appreciate it.
Communication seems to be an issue, I’ve struggled to get a simple flag order processed for almost 5 weeks. 4 X 6 nylon Christian and North Carolina flags. Finally received the Christian flag last week and this week another box was delivered but instead of a NC I received an American flag. So I’ll make another trip into the city, hopefully my 3rd trip will be the charm.
This is our fault. Michell is brand new in the office and was still learning the ropes. Weve had a rough time since Lisa passed away. Please forgive us.
Capital's commitment to meeting our tight deadline and accommodating our operations logistics to minimize impact on campus day to day activities.
Chip, we are so proud that you love the job we did for you. Those three 70' flagpoles look amazing!
Capitol Flan & Flagpole is the kind of business that everyone hopes to work with. The job they did installing my flagpole was outstanding. I would note that they stay very, very busy and you may at times have to have patience in contacting the office and getting replies. I was absolutely thrilled with the work that was done, the care with which they treated my property during this complicated process, and the open and honest way that they treat their customers. I highly recommend them for any job you have concerning flags and/or flagpoles.
Mr. Harp, it was a pleasure to work with you, and we are so very proud of what you've said here. Let us know should you need anything at all!
Clifton and the team did exactly as promised, and were more than helpful and willing to answer questions and come out to follow up. Thanks guys!
