Phone calls never returned. Appt never scheduled. Left msg what I wanted and how much more would it cost and asked about equipment being used as we are enclosed by a fence. No response
Mrs King, you are not a customer of ours. We sent you two quotes back in December of 2024, neither of which did you ever approve. This is the reason your project was not done. There is a link in the email to "approve" the estimate, you never did it. We would never setup an installation appointment without an approved estimate. You can see from all of our other reviews, all 5-star that we dont tend to drop the ball on anyone, so your 1-star review, when we have never done any work for you seems a bit unfair. I am more than happy to install a flagpole you can be proud of, but you needed to approve one of the two estimates I sent you to get the ball rolling. While it may be true that your phone call in particular was never returned, this may have something to do with the fact that our office manager, Lisa Rodwell, got sick in December, and unfortunately passed away VERY quickly from cancer in April. We are sorry this was a rough time for us all.

I would highly recommend this company. They were very professional and serviced oriented. The repaired our flagpole within a couple of days of me calling them. I will definitely call them on any future repairs or inspections.

Well I had to call to see why I had not received any confirmation or feedback on my order. Very nice lady apologized and looked it up. She said it looked to her like my order had shipped to the wrong address, even though she had order and it was correct there. She was very nice, and said it will go out again yesterday 🤔

I got exactly what I wanted for exactly what was proposed/offered. I sincerely believe, if you're going to put a flagpole on your property, and fly the nations flag, invest in this. Don't settle for something cheap. You're just throwing your money away. Scheduling is a bit of an issue though. So stay on top of it. They're super busy people.
