Hotels.com gift cards don't require a phone number to redeem: you enter the card number and PIN at checkout on the Hotels.com site or app. We also looked into your card, and Hotels.com confirmed it was successfully redeemed on July 21, the same day you purchased it, so it's working as intended. On support: we don't have any record of you contacting us before this review, and our team is available by live chat, text, and email every day. We've sent you an email with the details.
