Thank you for making the donation of my mother in law’s car easy. She gave up driving because of age and had a nice little car that was still roadworthy. The process went smoothly and everyone involved was very professional. It was nice that the nonprofit is one that my mother in law supports.

they took the car never heard from them and now we got a bill from DMV for notice of suspension

It was smooth and efficient. The tow truck driver was pleasant and professional. The one area of improvement is to keep your phone dialers up to date everyday. I am still getting a call asking me to finish the process. My car was taken over a week ago.
