The course is more difficult to complete than expected.
The course is more difficult to navigate than in my past experience with training on Career Step. There are many help options, but they are mostly self-help and I need more than that. I have called and gotten good people to help me get started; however, in the past few days, I have run into more technical trouble. I cannot retrieve course content. I was led to a page to clear cookies, reboot, etc. but none of it has helped.
It is most depressing since I have made for time in my schedule to complete this medical coding course soon and now I am stuck. Ironically, I cannot go on with the module on digital technology. Getting a real person to help me on the weekend has been the most difficult part of this lesson.
Every time I have had to contact CareerStep or they have contacted me they are very nice and understanding, they actually answer your questions and explain things in more than one way to help you better understand. CareerStep is great, I love how I can go at my own pace without having to worry about due dates and things like that.
Career step made it so easy for me to choose them for my education needs. The advisor was so knowledgeable not to mention their financing was so easy to do!!

After having a not so great day due to being in search of someone that could help me get started on getting into school and having absolutely no good feeling with the other places I spoke to. Our programs are all inclusive. The fee you are quoted is what you pay. It sounds like you may have seen an itemized list of everything that was included in the price. If you are not happy you can return the course within 14 days of signing up. All you have to do is confirm with your enrollment advisor and we can move forward with the return.
