The caregiver is great
The caregiver that I finally got is great. It took over a month to get a caregiver assigned! That is why I can't give 5 stars. I spent my first few weeks following a hospitalization without any help, and that was when I needed it most.

I have really enjoyed working with this agency. The team is supportive, professional, and easy to communicate with, which makes the work environment very smooth. They're nice at least
People are great getting you up and running, but I find the app to be buggy AF and not clearly laid out. The best thing you can say is that when you finally call them (the chat AI sucks), they'll get things to work properly, but it's annoying to have to do that every other week.
