The warranty is one year plus, my car broke down just 5 months after. Not my fault but i need to pay rm70 just to check. Okay i dond mind paying although its not my fault that the battery is failing less than half a year. But then i have to wait until 3pm which is 4 hours time just for the checking. Better call other battery provider. Bad experience, bad service, thing is my last time using carput. Sorry but my time is valuable. Good luck doing sales with this bad MO
The company make cancellation last minute ya for my towing requested..so worst service!!!
Responsive customer support. Awesome technician. Fast delivery.
Prompted response from Erwin and assigned mechanic Redzuan is friendly. Redzuan fixed the problem and explained to me on the issue.
Carput is life saving app for your vehicle. My car battery was down in a shopping mall, then I make a booking need to change battery and they arrived within 30 minutes. Technician (Hafiz) jump start the old battery and keep the car on then only start switching to new battery so all the car electronic setting will be preserved. Fast, professional, and no hidden cost. Awesome service and a quick resolution to getting my car back on the road within an hour of calling. Definitely will recommend to friends and family!
I am very impressed with the service. My battery car is out and within seconds of clicking the app, I recieved my confirmation and the best part the technician arrived 5 minutes later
Awesome. Ordered a battery replacement at 7am, got a call at 8am to confirm my order, replaced the car battery at 9.30. The technician did a spot check on both old and new battery, suggested that I change the alternator as it is wrecked also. Imagine if I drove my car to Johor afterwards I would have stranded nonetheless. Kudos to the team and special thanks to the technician!
