Unclear sign up process
Some of the issues I have are probably partially my own fault. But, the sign up process and charging process are not clear. I never authorized paying, there was no notification that I was being charged when suddenly my credit card was charged. I immediately asked for a refund, which was granted as a site credit. They refuse to refund to my card even though I did not use their service. I was trying to see what the offers were and got charged $99.. They may have great deals, but be sure you know you want to join before clicking

What's amazing is the fact that I am able to buy top notch wines on here, cheaper than direct from the wineries I know with my industry discount!!

Apologies
This a follow up to a previous one star. The issues with delivery were caused by an incorrect Zip code. The owner personally jumped on the issue and handled it immediately. I assume the error was on me. Excellent customer service. Now to receive the order and sample the wine.
