Free replacement of lost wine
I was upset at first to discover that FedEx said they delivered my wine to our business but it was never delivered. I was expecting a long battle to get it resolved. I contacted Micheal in customer service and he promptly resent my order at no cost to me and I received it this time. He was great to work with and totally restored my faith in your company.

The site kept trying to charge…
The site kept trying to charge $99.99/year membership fees after I placed the order on 7/21/26 (did receiVed the wine, so-so). tHERE IS no PHONE NUMBER to talk to a live person, there was no "Contact Us" button, the "Go To App", long yellow tab at the bottom did NOT work trying to lauch..... It is VERY User unfriendly. I had to cancel my "membership" online (the status is "cancelled", but Caredrops kept attempting to charge $99.99 membership fee, which was declined by my credit card (the old card was cancelled, please do NOT try it again), if I were to answer No, the card will be closed AGAIN, then my card is no good.
It’s good bargain for better wine.
