The process went smoothly and the tow driver was very professional. Even though I like my representative Daniel, I didn’t like the fact that the dollar amount I received for the vehicle change upon pickup because of the title. I was thorough in explaining my title situation and was disappointed that $50 was held because of my title. That was not explained on the phone when we made the deal.

I called around and they gave me the best deal out of six companies. Then I schedule the pickup of my car the next morning so I could remove my things. The next morning they came and had the cash in hand and the car was gone in less than five minutes. Quick and easy and they didn’t haggle about the price like the others do.
