It's good but 2 things really frustrate me. The Min redemption is $100. Fine that's typical. But the MAX redemption is also $100. That is very unusual and perhaps ONLY on this site. Also they have a referral program that is "Paused" sure... It just seems like an excuse to not pay out our referral bonuses.

I love this site
I love this site. The only thing that I dislike is the redemption time, everything says 3-5 business days but for my first redemption it took me 26 business days to receive my payout now I hope that this new redemption doesn’t take near that long I’m going on my third day and I’m still sitting in queue. I can never get a answer from a human it’s always same thing that they have a lot of redemptions but 26 days wow.

They're not human
They're not human. Ive asked them for a manager a dozen times. I've asked them to speak like a human and not an automated response. They refuse to cash me out because they absolutely have to have only a utility bill wich I do not have so they're refusing and keeping my 500$ that I won. They advertise 24 hour LIVE support but it's just an ai that tells u to email them. And th get back to u in 24 hours. I've been trying g to get my money out for a week and I swear they're retarded.they lack any sense of common sense. Don't play here. They will let u win just so they can hold your money forever. They ask for proof of address. Wouldn't anyone else be like oh yeah I can send my i.d. because it has my name and address on it. Wrong. They don't accept that for some reason they fail to mention even though it's my az issued ID. They're liars and bs machines.

I would give 5 stars but I’m still unsure if I did what I needed to do to get the withdrawal done right . Just waiting but I love playing the games and I’ve played lots of other apps and they have let me down . You guys have a fun and easy platform and not as greedy as the others Thank you I love the app . It’s great Update … I still love the app and still play but haven’t been able to withdrawal funds yet ..not sure if I’ll be able to or not but I’m trying ..they do put you through a lot of loops trying to receive money ..but I’ll update once I gather all the paperwork they require ..that has been somewhat challenging as the required pdf firmsys and cards that I have list to prove owership of bank accounts etc But I’m getting it all together and hopefully I can report back good news
