Company takes weeks to cash you out and you can only cash out $100 at a time. I won 350 and while waiting for my first hundred to come, which is still hasn’t, I got bored and lost hope and just gambled the rest of the money away.

Terrible experience by far. The worst paying sweepstakes site ever created. You may win some on here but redemption is insane!!!! I have over $1000 in my account that I can't redeem due to $200 limit and it's not like you can make several $200 redemptions at one time. I am still confused if I have to wait until my redemption is paid out before redeeming more or just wait till it's been "approved " and then redeem another $200. Anyway, don't waste money on here if trying to get more than $200 worth in redemptions at one time bc it won't happen. I wish I would have read reviews before spending investing money on here. These people are so wrong for this as I assume people like myself can spend lots of money on these sites and when you finally win a little back, you should be able to redeem it all out, or at least more than $200. This site just wants you to spend and win and lose it all while you wait for these little $200 payouts which I am currently waiting to see how long the first one will be.... will try my hardest not to play back what I have in my account but ultimately that is what Cashoomo wants me/us to do, play it all back so they make money off of what we pay to play and win but don't receive!! Terrible

Horrible Customer Service, Legitimate Probably Not

It took over one month to get my account verified even though I was using the exact same verification platform that I have used on over 50 other social gaming platforms without any Issues. Fast forward and I won around $2000.00 attempted several redemption's repeatedly rejected. Come to find out they added a maximum $100 redemption per day. Now that $100 redemption was approved in about a week and now has been setting in queue to be paid out for over another month. Customer service is terrible all AI that repeatedly creates customer service tickets that are never addressed. My advice is ignore that the games and platform look nice, because everything outside of looks is very deceptive and not really sure if it's a legitimate site yet. So I researched reviews for the site Cashoomo and there are literally thousand of reviews just like this one Iv'e entered. Do not waste your money or time on this site you will not be paid out if you win anything. Coin deals are very deceptive, the free amount of social coins should be the first red flag. To many legitimate good platforms out there, I suggest avoiding this one.
