I do enjoy the games and the coin package deals but I am not spending another dime on their platform until my redemption is paid it has been over 45 days since I submitted my redemption they requested more documents for verification so I provided those they approved them and it’s been 32 days since that they limit the redemptions to 100.00 and you can’t submit another redemption request until the first was is approved. If they would speed up the redemption timeframe then I would give 5 stars , customer service sends back a generic message everytime I ask for an update. I am reporting them to the gaming authority and the better business bureau if I don’t get my redemption within the next week. I have read that this is a continuous issue with many other users experiencing this . If I get my redemption within the week I will update my review.

This place is a Joke after them telling me to send documents and I did they wasn't correct after 6 hours of back and forth with them and the documents I go to redeem my prize money and they declined it and said my limit was only $200 so I put in a new request to redeem $200 and nothing yet and I doubt it will come I would rate this place a -5 if I could cause they scam
