Our experience has been great. We used Casket Depot on several occasion, most recently as July 2025, sadly we have to purchase a casket for my sister, Bertley Osborne. The price, customer service and the variety of caskets are great.
Casket Depot provides high-quality products at fair prices with compassionate and professional service
Good collection of caskets at a fair price. Great communication from the staff at the store. Speedy delivery. I could not recommend more.
I purchased a casket from this company. The owner is a decent and honest businessman. I recommend this company to anyone.
After having ordered from another site and not being able to get a confirmed delivery, I reached out to Casket Depot. From the moment I called and spoke to Lorie, she guided me through the process with ease. She went above and beyond to ensure that we would have a guaranteed delivery and even changed couriers when she thought there would be an issue. The Urn arrived and was even more beautiful than I expected. Thank You for taking the time and your emphathy.
Their casket is super comfortable I really like the padding inside and I adore the color. You know spending 10 years in there isn't the best thing but your casket made it better and thank you. I got a little bored waiting to get unburried and I had nun to do in that smartass casket so please please next time put sum like a game in. Talking on behalf of all the people from the dead.
The urn looked as good as it did in the pictures and delivery was right on time.
Your response to my inquiry was quick and efficient. Thanks for your help. Heather
Thank you for everything. So easy to order, seamless, on-time delivery. The casket was nice, just a slight barely noticeable flaw. Certainly well worth the extra effort as same casket cost twice as much at funeral home.
Excellent choices, best prices on the market, and wonderful customer service. The Urns I chose were delivered exactly as pictured, and I received what I had ordered within days, despite the pandemic. Thank you for making a difficult time a little easier.
Everyone at Casket Depot was helpful and efficient. I have and will continue to refer them.
item was not as described, end up buying another item as we came from far. the original item was $130 end up buy a different item $250. just didn't want to go back empty hand.
I am very impressed with the service I was given by Bill. Bill honesty and integrity made my decision a lot easier. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Thanks Denise LeBlanc-Flindall
