It's always wonderful, when a customer can say the company went above and beyond. Amy was incredibly helpful to me. Kyle in service was a great deal of help to me. Dylan was a great deal of help to me. The guy that did my pant touch up and the metal massager that took the little dents out of the car did a wonderful job. My experience was great. Someone immediately answered the phone. I was sent the correct web to order what I was asking for. I placed my order and it came in a timely manner. I was very very pleased. I thank the person who helped me, they were very pleasant. I love my casta diva tiolet.
I have my toilets now for over a few years and there’s nothing like them that compares to craftsmanship and style. The best thing about them is the level of service and support. They helped troubleshoot an issue and helped me fix the problem quickly. Love them.

We purchased two CASTA DIVA CD-K030ULTRA toilets in early April, 2026. Unfortunately, one of them was cracked on the outside during shipping. I contacted Customer Service, and they immediately arranged for the defective one to be replaced and I received the new one within 5 days. Now they are both installed and our whole family loves them. They are so efficient, clean and hygienic, and work flawlessly.
I purchased a casta diva smart toilet from Amazon on May 20 2025. When I first got the toilet installed it was beautiful and I was so happy. I recently noticed a leak in the toilet itself . I followed all of the trouble shooting steps to no avail. I reached out to Casta and I have been given the run around. They asked for pictures in which I provided and I also provided my bill of sale. They continue to give me the run around and doesn’t want to uphold the warranty. The leak also caused damaged to my newly replaced flooring as well. My wife and I are 70 year old senior citizens on a fixed income. I was hung up on and the representative was very rude. I have done everything they have asked but they still continue to do nothing. This is unacceptable to treat your customers this way when we spend a large amount of money on your items.
I ordered a part that wasn't going to fix my toilet and they caught it and started emailing me for pics and videos and they sent the tight part I needed and it has worked better that when I first bought it.

Great product and amazing customer support
We ordered the CD-W10V for my girls' bathroom. I loved the idea of a non-electric bidet since getting power to the toilet would have been a complete mess. Needless to say, the toilet was such a big hit with the whole family that we decided to get a new one for the powder room to spoil our guests. This time I did get power to the toilet so they can have a heated seat. The toilet is beautiful, works well and the number of features you get for the price is truly second to none.
Not only am I excited about the product, I was blown away by their customer support. When I did have an issue with my W10V I reached out and they were very quick to solve the problem and truly went above and beyond. I can honestly say I will be a life-long customer and can't speak highly enough of Casta Diva. Well done, team.

This toilet has a total different internal design that require a contractor to open the flooring and pipes The connection to the floor is designed in a way that it must have changing the whole set of pipes and the floor to connect it properly. Even a special wax ring to prevent any leak just doesn’t work for this toilet. In a regular floor it keeps moving and leaking gases from the sewer. I had it installed with the first plumber and after it been installed following the manual instructions this toilet moves and leaks gases no matter how good it has been installed. Second and third opinion just made me to understand it is a waist of money. Wayfair should make it clear in specifications that this toilet requires construction changes in a regular floor. It isn’t a regular installation. Another aggravation is if we buy this toilet we have only 30 days to return if it has not been installed. They don’t tell us that in advance anywhere in any website.

Modern, beautiful, impressive design
I ordered the Casta Diva toilet to update our bathroom remodel. The 17” height is a perfect height. The one-piece design is sleek and modern. Support was great answering the questions I had about the distance for the waterline. Make sure you have MORE than 7.5 inches from the sewer centerline to the water centerline. Great toilet and company integrity is great.
