Great toilet, some very minor things I would rectify but otherwise well done.

This product lives up to expectations in every way with a few exceptions. The toilet is tall and comfortable for 6 foot tall people. The pressurized system works well, I have high pressure and do not need an assist, but it is not as loud as others I have used and it fills very quickly. One down side of the pressure system is that is turns solids into a soup with a very homogeneous mix. This means that you will probably need a second flush as the "soup" is not fully evacuated. I will say one thing I did not like is the method of mounting the toilet to the floor, I could not get in to the side to see the mounting because of the wall and a tub surround, as such could not tell when the internal white plastic washer was fully seated and I overtightened it; I added a metal washer to prevent this. Also the side mount means there is no positive hold down on the toilet. You will have to glue the toilet down with something like a silicon caulk (not included). Other wise the toilet comes with everything needed. I can also add I contacted the company because I decided to get the bidet options after receiving the toilet, they were very helpful in placing that order and after market is available service-at-castadivahome.com. Swapping out the parts to add the bidet was quite simple. The kick flush is convenient and there is a side button if you prefer. It stays clean as there is not much water which can allow growth and sediment. Very pleased with the product overall.

I ordered a shut-off valve for the new toilet I purchased. I then called in and asked for the order to be expedited, as I had no toilet facilities until it arrived. It still has not arrived. The shut-off valve should have been included with the toilet, or notice given that it was not included and that no one else carried it.

Great customer service

I ordered a bidet toilet from Casta Diva and somehow the shipment was lost and never arrived at my house even though it said delivered. I spoke to Customer Service who quickly took care of the situation and shipped a new toilet to me. They were very helpful and great and checking to make sure everything was working well and to my satisfaction. We have had the toilet for a few weeks now and so far it is working great and has wonderful features for a great price point! I'm very happy with the purchase and would consider buying another one in the near future for our second bathroom.

Casta Diva makes the best toilets

Casta Diva makes the best toilet I've used in years! The models with pressure assisted flush are great -- especially if you live in a state like California that has low flow regulations. The Casta Diva toilets have a powerful flush that is actually much quieter than any of my old gravity toilets. The other features of the bidet are a true luxury. And their customer service is excellent.

I wasn't sure if I really needed a smart toilet, but after using this one, I don't think I could go back. The toilet has a clean, modern design that instantly upgraded the look of my bathroom. It feels sturdy, comfortable, and very well made. I also appreciate how easy it is to keep clean thanks to the smooth surface and thoughtful design. One of the best toilet. It is working good. Very fast delivery. Only one problem, is it's very heavy, (More than 110 bls) therefore, a little bit hard to install. I had a very unusual situation with a Casta Diva smart toilet that I bought second-hand, not directly from the company. The ceramic bowl was damaged, and I honestly did not expect much help because it was not a warranty case. However, Casta Diva customer service was very understanding and responsive. I recently bought the Casta Diva One-Piece Toilet CD-T005, and so far I'm really happy with it. It looks great in my bathroom, the modern, sleek design was exactly what I was looking for. Since it's a one-piece, there's no gap between the tank and bowl, which makes cleaning so much easier compared to my old two-piece toilet. No more scrubbing around that awkward crevice! The dual-flush system works well. I was a bit concerned that the water-saving flush might not be powerful enough, but honestly, it handles everything just fine. It's quiet too, which is a nice bonus. I also really appreciate the comfort height. I've started having some knee issues lately, and this taller seat makes a noticeable difference, much easier to sit down and get back up. The soft-close seat is a small touch, but it definitely feels premium. Installation was pretty straightforward with the standard 12-inch rough-in, and the skirted design is another plus — it keeps the area around the trap way cleaner with less effort. I contacted CastaDiva customer service and explain the problem they told me we will get back to you. After a couple of days they called me back and told me to go and get a new toilet the CD-K030PRO They reimbursed me the difference on the new purchase,that was amazing Friendly, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process.
