The team was great
The team was great! They kept me informed the whole way with regards to the status of the permit, additional information needed and the installer was great. He did a fantastic job with the level 2 charger. The only downside is that I need to patch the drywall holes that were cut and put in the necessary wood to reattach the drywall.
Horrible Experience with EV Installation (still active)
I had requested and purchased a EV Home Installation in December 2024. I am completely being ghosted for any support, I’ve had my installation delayed and fought for to be installed 2 months later. I have a huge strip of hole in my wall from the installation and have been waiting 4 weeks now for an inspection before getting it repaired. This company is ignoring my calls and emails, can’t seem to get a response or estimate for my inspection, and complete radio silence. I regret choosing this sham and shady company. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam.

Your frustration is completely understandable, and we truly regret that things haven’t gone as smoothly as they should have. Regarding the inspection, I do want to clarify that once your work was completed, we promptly contacted the County to request scheduling. Unfortunately, their availability and response times are beyond our control, and we’re required to wait until they confirm a date. That said, this is not the level of service we strive to provide. I personally reviewed our call and email records and did not find any missed or unanswered messages from you. If you've tried reaching us through another method, please let us know so we can address it immediately and ensure nothing is being overlooked.
Maintenance Service
It was easy to re-establish our maintenance plan after it lapsed. No contact appointment was handled without issue and timely. Summary receipt provided allowing us to know what requires attention and the overall status of the generator.

Whenever underground work is involved, the inspection process can take longer than usual. Unfortunately, we’re not permitted to backfill any open trenches until the inspector has reviewed and approved the work. This is to ensure everything meets code and is safe for final completion.

Top Notch Installation and Service
I purchased an 18KW generator from CDS in 2022 and their service has been outstanding. Denise the Service Supervisor has been great to work with and totally customer oriented. I recently had an issue that required a part replacement that was on back order Denise was instrumental in locating a hard to find part. She received the part and dispatched Chris the Service Technician who installed the part and got the generator back online.They were outstanding for the install and follow up service.Top notch!
