We have had a generator for more than…
We have had a generator for more than 20 years. CDS has always performed top notch service until this weekend. We had a major power failure in our area on Saturday. The generator came on but did not transfer power. We called the emergency number. The message said they were off and would be back on Monday. Really?? We called again Sunday morning and received a number to contact. Great! We left a message and were contacted within 20 minutes. Instead of coming out, they told my husband how to take a panel off and flip a button. When that didn’t work, he said it “sounded” like we need a part he doesn’t have and we would have to wait until Wednesday for service. UNBELIEVABLE! We told him we were a customer for more than 20 years and would appreciate it if he came out. He said he was 2 hours away and he would have to pay him for his trip. We get yearly service and the only person who can come out is 2 hours away in 90 degree heat and we have no water?? Reconsider before you use them.

Technician did routine maintenance as scheduled but also diagnosed and resolved a small oil leak. Very thorough. Answered my questions and also checked generator output to breaker box.

CDS has been helpful in making my decision with my in-home Generator. The employees went beyond their duties to make me feel comfortable in making my decision. Second Generator
This was the second full house generator I purchased from CDS. My first generator lasted 13 years and was starting to fail. I chose CDS for the second one as I had great experiences with the first. All personnel were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend CDS to anyone considering purchasing a generator.

Whole House Generator.
They were professional, pleasant, and communicated the install and inspection processes well. Their staff and customer service were impeccable! I was able to call when I did have a question without hassle or waiting on the phone forever!

Great experience
The crew that installed the wiring were terrific. They worked in 90 degree heat all day both days they were here. They explained what they were doing and why it needed to be done. The workmanship was great.
