The standout with this app is the customer service. The tech team is incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and actually takes the time to walk you through any issues. Their support made setup and troubleshooting easy.
I have had multiple issues with the app and it can be a little hard to use at time but everytime there has been an issue or problem the support team has been very receptive to issue. I have had many video meetings with them to work on training and fixing any issues I may experience. What the app has lacked at times in functionality it has made up for in support and help. I have been using the app for over 2 years now.

Seamless eBay Integration, Stellar Support I appreciate the assistance from Tarannum who helped renew our subscription and sorted out one of our settings. They were very patient, explained the issue in a way we understood, and had a polite and friendly tone with persistence to resolve the issue. The experience was valuable enough for me to give a 10/10 recommendation. Sometimes it would be helpful to have a phone call or face to face so it could be resolved on the spot, but that is not really possible. It would have been helpful to have a chat bot option on their website to speed up the process. Might have resolved it faster. CedCommerce helps with the integration between WooCommerce and eBay. Tarannum was patient and helped us understand and resolve subscription and setting issues.
