Great eSIM company with great prices. Avoid the more expensive unlimited plans since they cap the speed passed the 50GB threshold. But I've had mostly great coverage in France, Italy, Switzerland, Austria and Germany. When switching countries, after a few minutes it automatically switched the providers without having to do anything to do. Really great.
For your information, I've used about 13 GBs in 2 weeks and about 2 GBs for Google Maps in that period, so depending on your needs, you might not need a big plan.
Overall it worked really well!
Some issues with actually purchasing the sim on the website on my mobile but I tried again on the computer and it worked first time. Connected as soon as I landed in US and had no issues using mobile data. Would use again and recommend!

Good price, good service. Have used Ubigi in Spain and Japan.
My service worked immediately and well. My spouses service had a technical issue but we were able to resolve it in a couple hours with customer support
No two step verification codes. Didn't get 98% of texts.
I couldn't receive any texts except for one person. There was no reason. I couldn't get texts from my husband who was with me on the trip and had Ubigi eSim. I could not receive texts from anyone oversees. I only received texts from one friend on the trip. This prevented me from my work as I never received any of my two-step verification text codes. Horrible.

The online assistant was terrible, I lost nearly a day of service whilst trying to get support to install the eSim. The process failed to provide all the information initially. A partial refund should be given.

I had a great experience with Ubigi. The internet was fast, reliable, and worked very well throughout my trip.
My only recommendation is: if you’re traveling to multiple countries in Europe, buy the Regional Europe plan instead of a local country plan. I made the mistake of purchasing a Poland plan, thinking it would also work in Italy, but I ended up having to buy a second package for Italy. Other than that, I definitely recommend Ubigi!
I was still charged international fees from my cellphone carrier even when I had the ESIM.
