I ordered two watches for X-mas. They never came, I did contact them, they really didnt know why I was billed and got nothing. After contact they offer a refund or send watches, I wanted the watches, got them and both were dead. When I contacted them about that, they said it was old stock, didnt surprise them. So taking care of a problem to them is send replacements they know most likely wont work.

I showed my invoice, and all they would say is the watch is what I ordered. When asked to see their invoice they would not or could not show me theirs. All the jewelry was exquisite
All the jewelry was exquisite except the leather CK magenta bracelet (the black bracelet was flawless). The leather was starting to crack at the edges and the bands were bent making it unwearable. Otherwise I am very pleased with my purchase and will definitely shop at CWS again!
