Agent Raavi's handholding all thru booking on chat!
I was thoroughly impressed with the ease with which I was able to book with Chatdeals. Quite frankly, I was skeptical to start with but Raavi's prompt in the chat window made it so comfortable. She was handholding the booking right from the start and, most importantly, stayed till the booking was confirmed. She responded to all the questions very earnestly thwarting my skepticism all along the way to final booking. Impressed!

I don't normally write reviews. I got into Chatdeal through a search on Kayak. I got the best possible agent to help me out. Her/His name was Diamond. The person was patient, persistent, empathetic, and willing to walk through all my queries and clarifications. We worked through various combnations and possibilities over 4 hours!!
