This company is FAKE 100 percent. Dont book through them, they don't have real flights and will still charge you and not refund you. They said oh we are giving you a huge discount and the airline doesn't have a ticket available for you, they must be overbooked. The airlines had plenty of seats available I called AA and asked. Don't use this company.

This is a bait and switch company

This is a bait and switch company. The offer you a flight at a very low rate and when you purchase, they call you about ten minutes later and say that your departure flight is no longer available, but your return flight is. Then they tell you that they will find you a new flight and they increase the price to three times the amount. When you tell them to cancel the flight they tell you that if you do you will lose the initial amount you were charged.

Make sure you lock in your tickets right away.

Katherine was able to get me on my flight dates as requested and was very patient with my questions along with options.

DO NOT BUY TICKETES FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a scam, they will offer you a cheap price for your flight and right after you book, someone will call you and say that the seats for that fare is sold out and you need to upgrade for a different seat. So from $350 it went to $590. If you try to cancel they won't do it stating that you can only get a voucher. If you call the Airline company they will tell you that noone tried to buy a ticket on your name and that they still have the same seats available. In reality their price is the same as other places but they offer you a cheap price and them tell you you need to upgrade to adjust to the real price of the ticket. IT IS A SCAM.

Purchased tickets online for a good price. They called me 1 1/2 hours later saying they could only give me seats for one of our 3 passengers for that rate. I would have to upgrade to the main cabin for an addition $500+. Spoke with the supervisor and they weren't budging. I immediately got off the phone and locked my credit card so the charge would not go through. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING!!!

Very last minute booking

This was a very last minute booking, 1 day before the flight. The posted discount fare I booked online was only available for the return trip. I did not find this out until I called the business as I hadn't received any info about the booking. The additional charges were going to be cost prohibitive, so I opted to cancel but was informed I could not get a refund and I would lose my money. Not happy!! I worked with Andrew Johnson, a bit pushy, but nice about negotiating until we agreed on a price. I feel the website quote should have been removed if the fare wasn't available for this complete flight and I should have received some communication right away as the flight was for the next day.

The staff is very helpful . However, the customers like me could be frustrated by the online system of booking and confirmation . For instance, my booked flight ticket has been on pending for 5-6 hours and when I called back they asked me to pay more to have a confirmed reservation
