If I could give a negative rating

If I could give a negative rating, I would. This is a SCAM. We booked a flight for our father in law. No email was received. The next day, within 24 hours of making reservation, we called to cancel. Per website, full refund, no questions asked. That is not true. They will only give to you in a credit. We were hung up on multiple times, we had to keep calling back. We spoke with Williams, Ryan, Henry Clark, Ronnie. All of whom spoke with a heavy accent. Then, after we pointed out their website said full refund, no questions asked, we were told to contact American Airlines because they don't get the money. It was an absolute joke. Please, please don't put yourself in the position we did. It was a huge mistake.

The man I talked to on the phone to print my boarding pass was very nice although I couldn't understand his accent very well. This whole experience is one I am going to dispute. The price was doubled and I had no choice but to pay if I wanted to get where I was going. I want a complete refund or at least half. This is entirely unacceptable.

Bait and switch Scam!!

DO NOT use this company. After booking a flight at the price on their website, the representative called to confirm and the price was more than double. He told me if I cancelled I could only receive a travel credit, not a refund. This was 15 minutes after I booked the flight. Total bait and switch scam!!

Bait and switch

Bait and switch. Be warned about unethical practice. They jacked up the price after completion of the booking and when I refused to pay the exorbitant fee for confirmation of the outboud flight, and requested cancelation within 24 hours of the booking. They refused. What a scam. Beware!!!

apparently i had the same problem as many others.....my ticket price almost doubled after i booked....and they wanted me to depart from a different airport.,,,,and did not offer a "full refund" as advertised on their website....since they said they offered a price that was cheaper than "market: price...but that was from an airport 2 hrs away and twice the price. this is one of the most clever scam jobs i have ever seen,,
