It's always a little scary when you are starting to work with a lender that you have never heard of. In our case we saw Cheerlendings ad on TV and thought we would give it a try for our refinance. From the very beginning working with Nate who clearly explained the program to going through the processing details with Sabrina our experience was extrodinary. Extrodinary because we found these folks have their act together. Sabrina was extremely knowledgeable with underwriting requirements and just kept us ahead with excellent communication skills and prompt actions. We would defintely use Cheerlending in the future.
