I ordered three dresses and 1 was an 18 and the other two were size 14. I was told the 18 was equivalent to a uk 24 and it came it is massively big and I ve to order an original 18 to fit this person

Our customer service staff recommended UK24 size to you based on your size.This is a standard size UK24 dress, all measurements are UK24, so it can't flatter if you are not really in UK24, basis on such condition, we usually suggest you to alter in your local shop, we will provide partial refund for you to fix dress. You said that the color of the skirt you received was different from the sample fabric, and even though we asked you to send us a photo, you did not. It shows that you We're lying. The colours of the dresses we made are all correct and the quality is reliable. Even though we didn't have any problems, we still patiently let you return the skirt. We have done what we should do! The dress isn't even worth what I paid. Price is much higher than others and also the free gift is rubbish. Do not waste your money. Avoid.
