A reportedly Uninsured and Ineffective Company Causing Great Risk to Companies
We used Eagle Eyes china-qualityinspection.com for a recent inspection of melamine bowls. This has been a disaster whereby they clearly haven't inspected for our primary defect and we have received a shipment in which 50% of stock is defective, yet their report shows not a single instance of this very obvious fault. When informed of this Eagle Eyes fail completely. They say they checked with their inspector and they did check for this defect and they are not responsible for what goes in the boxes after their inspection. What rubbish! Eagle Eyes say they don't have insurance for their important role in the manufacturing business and perhaps my own insurance may cover it. Do not go anywhere near Eagle Eyes Inspections in China. A totally useless service in this instance.
