Best trip ever loved every minute! Our guide was the best, we loved him. He was so kind and sweet and caring. His name was Bill, I will never forget him, I would love to have him on all our tours. We made a lot of great friends and had a lot of fun with them. The trip was so much more than discribed, just fabulous.
An amazing and unforgettable experience!
It was an amazing experience. The tour guides were excellent with a lot of knowledge. We did have some problems with some of the travelers, but that was not the tour's fault. Some people are just not happy. I've been recommending this company and this tour to all my friends and acquaintances, and will probably do it again ourselves.
Our trip to China was great, and we had the best tour guides!
Our trip to China was great! I went with four friends, and we all enjoyed it. In just ten days, we saw so much of China. Going on the optional Yellow Mountains tour was worth it! We never would have been able to make it all the way out there if we had to navigate on our own. Most of the meals were included, and the hotels were very nice. Our tour guides were awesome. We traveled with Chin/Lisa in Beijing and WuWei/Frank in Shanghai. They always went above and beyond the call of duty to help us. They were both well-versed in Chinese history, they were well-organized, as well as extremely kind and patient. We miss them already. Including the cost of visas and the like, I spent less than one thousand dollars for the whole trip. For such a small cost, it was amazing how great it was. I was skeptical when I bought the ticket (since the cost was so low and the tour group went by two different names), but I'm glad we took the chance!

I enjoyed our trip to China with ChinaTour. Reliable, Efficient and the English speaking tour guides know their job well, on time making the group comfortable, safe and relax. Will go back to China when the price is right for our budget.
Can't trust this company when booking…
Can't trust this company when booking travel to Thailand. You pay in advance before getting any details of the trip. You get stuck with China Eastern Airlines for flights. Then you miss a day in Thailand because on your return, you have to stay one night in mainland China. That stop over in Kunming was another bad part of the trip.

Hello, I am sorry to know that you are not that much into China Eastern Airlines, they are the 2nd largest airlines in China, partner with Delta Airlines. Normally their on-time rate is fine, problems may happen in winter season. We strongly suggest all travelers purchase Travel Insurance to protect yourself in case airlines flight got delayed or even canceled. Thank you for your business Alex

We have a great tour with interesting destinations. My only complaint was the ability to either extend or arrive at the tour earlier or later without incurring a rather large fee.
The trip was great
The trip was great. I had very nice time everywhere. I will recommend every one to take this trip. The pice was low, The guide was very nice in Beijing and Shanghai both places.
We saw so much
We saw so much, but there were other things I would have liked to have seen as well. Nine days was a bit too short.The tour and optional tours (take all of them!) were wonderful. I would have liked a bit more souvenir shopping time, but that's a personal choice. Now, the tour itself was fabulous. What a bargain. Fabulous hotels. And the tour leaders couldn't have been better. Knowledgeable. Personable. Helpful. Our guide made sure we saw everything on the itinerary and even more! One group that doesn't always get recognized that should - bus drivers. Traffic in the big cities is incredibly congested. Never felt unsafe. They took very good care of us and our belongings. China is a very diverse and fascinating destination. I recommend it and I recommend ChinaTour.com
Overall it was a great tour
It was a great tour, incredible price for such an extensive itinerary. The food started out well but the last half of the tour really declined. Frozen foods still cold or a lot of food with no flavor. Would have given this 5 stars but our meals were a big letdown.

Amazing trip
Amazing trip! All the things provided on this trip makes it an amazing adventure. The tour company is easy to work with and all the overseas portions are great. This is our second trip to China with this company and would be willing to use them again.

I kept an open mind when I booked the tour. There were some communication problems with the agents in the US. My departing flight was cancelled, but nobody from China Tour informed me about it, instead I was notified by the airline company by email. Once we began the tour, everything went very smoothly and by far exceeded our expectations. All that was advertised for the trip was delivered. We had a wonderful time and would definitively recommend it to others.

Had a great tour at a reasonable price. Be sure to tell people to bring US cash for optional tours. That was the only surprise.
Fair but not top
The tour was acceptable but at some points just brought to locations to buy stuff - seemed set up for the benefit of the sellers and possible kickbacks. Also some of the hotels in inconvenient locations and when nothing was offered much less included that was a negative - also the last guide should have done more to provide suggestions when nothing was offered
Language
If you don’t speak the language it is very difficult to maneuver around the cities on your free days.
Great value
Great tour guides in both Beijing and Shanghai. The cost is definitely a plus... The whole tour price is just equal to the cost of airfare if i booked on my own. The hotels are first class. We do recommend your agency.
