I just received my chair & ottoman, inspired from Eames lounge chair & ottoman. The quality of materials, assembly & workmanship is amazing. I had expectations, some concerns & a little bit of a doubt when I placed my order to Yadea Furniture thru Jerry Zhang, I never bought directly from manufacturer in China & neither made a wire transfert. I have to say that it worth it, I like my chair very much. You have to be patient for sure but M. Zhang answered all my 60+ emails I send him over the 3 months it tooks to be produced & received on the porch of my house. He was kind, patient & followed my order the entire time. The price is good, quality, well above my expectations. The only change I would made is the tracking website in mandarin. I’m glad google translate exist. Overall I’m super happy! Ordered 4 chairs from them February '23 arrived today april'23 to my business in California. I was kept updated on the process and given pictures of the chairs along the way. Very happy with the final product and the price paid. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
First we experienced transportation damages. Yadea was responsible for the transportation but did not really reflect on all the damaged boxes.
When we unpacked the boxes there were also damages to the leather- like cuts that were inflicted before packaging.
We ordered in total 6 pk9 chairs a eather sofa and a pk 20 chair.
All 6 pk 9 chairs had unglued leather seats and the bed has cuts and it was not possible to put it together because the parts did no fit.
So all in all quite a disaster.
What happened next was a big surprise. Yadea did ask for money to cover the transport and the custom duty if they were to make a supplemental delivery.
We had no other option than to pay - so we payed 400 dollars extra in order to have the replacement delivery.Now after 10 months we have received the supplementary delivery - and that was ok
We cannot recommend Yadea as a supplier.
These guys are total scammers. You will find that they are the manufacturer for many horrible western replica furniture websites (e.g. Eternity Modern, Manhattan Home...). We bought from the Manhattan Home, before realizing their furniture was coming from Shenzhen Yadea. We ordered many MANY months ago, and we are still waiting. Shenzhen Yadea builds furniture that is glued, no dowels. I was able to confirm this via BB Italia themselves. We have waited so long for our furniture. I spoke with Nicolas at Shenzhen, and he lied through his teeth about delivery abilities and what types of materials they could ship etc. (e.g. stuff that is BANNED from CA), and he sent me fake reviews to verify happy customer experiences. He could not send me any satisfied customer details from CA. I'd rather make my own furniture than deal with these guys. They have no direct phone numbers, no addresses...just do your own research, and you will see. We regret our experience, and I thought I'd help others not make the same mistake!
We ordered from Australia - Togo and tufty replicas. We were naturally nervous given we had not seen or tried the items. Jerry was excellent to deal with.
The goods were delivered and we have only opened two of the boxes to try the items and look at the fabrics (as they will need to be in storage until the house is built). Stunning! The orange velvet Togo is beautiful and so so comfortable!!! The tufty was also lovely - fabric beautiful silvery grey and feels firm but comfortable - exactly what I wanted. Very happy with the service and price and jerry was very responsive with our questions and concerns along the way.

I received the sofa and chairs and they are in great condition, couldn't be happier. The Eames lounge is really beautiful and comfortable. They are professional and offer good delivery service to my apartment in HK...I am very happy with my purchase.
I bought 6 sets eames lounge chair reproduction from this company in Jan,Due to CNY holiday,it take longer time than expected then i get these stuffs.The chairs arrive in perfect condition.The leather looks and feel terrific.I can honestly say,Yadea exceed all my expectations.

Papa Bear - total rip off!! I bought a set of chamfer cutters that were totally useless and got Pay Pal involved. They were posted form inside the UK but I had to return to China by international tracked at a cost of three times the original cost of the cutters. Pay Pal looked into this and said it was fine - what a wast of time. I will NEVER use this company again. Dreadful!!!!!!

Although I was apprehensive initially, my overall experience with Yadea was exceptional. From my first contract with Yadea, Jerry responded to my request within minutes. He provide timely answers to all my questions regarding a piece of furniture I was interested in. I ended up purchasing two pieces of the furniture in a leather fabric. Production time was about a month and then shipping to the US was about another month. Throughout the entire process Jerry provided updates so I always felt like I was in the loop. I recently received the furniture. I couldn’t have asked for better packaging. They obviously care about how everything arrives. And the quality of the furniture is great and truly exceeded my expectations.
I bought the 3 Chairs you can read in the title from Yadea.
Initially i was drawn to the Manufacturer because they were highly praised all over the internet for their Lounge Chair (you know which one i am talking about) but soon decided for others Chairs when i saw their whole sortiment :). I took my time and wrote about 100 Emails with Tom,he always replied quickly, highly competent (as far as i can judge) and in a very polite manner (in a time span of 3-4 weeks). He even sent me samples of the different leathers and woods. I paid via wire Transfer (i am from Germany), Tom took literally care of everything else. I just paid and got the Items delivered 6 weeks after they were manufactured - Tom kept me up to date with the manufacturing process and gave me regular updates- awesome! Overall it has been a great experience and i can honestly say i´m blown away by the amount of advice given and time dedicated by Tom. I wish you would be treated like that in furniture stores in Germany. The overall quality is really neat, not on the same level of high end designer furniture, but lightyears ahead of what you get here for your money (i paid like 2800€ with shipping tax etc. for all the 3 chairs).The leather is really nice, i took the highest quality option, also the cushioning is rock solid work, i think they could offer more options on the wood variety and the wood finish, of course for a higher price!- But then again i ordered like 1.5 years ago- Overall 9.5/10:Easily one of the best purchases i made. I was very happy with my purchases from Yadea. The quality of the couch and table was high and the price was extremely reasonable. Jerry was a pleasure to work with and provided great guidance on what materials and fabrics would work best. The interaction with Yadea was very professional and they are very honest about their products & prices.
I do want to mention that I had difficulty with the shipping company they chose to use. This is partly due to language barrier, so if you are English speaking it will help to have a Cantonese speaker available to help with delivery if you live in HK.
I was initially hesitant of placing an order with Yadea as I live in the US and was not familiar with this company. After doing alot of online research, and reaching out to their sales staff, I decided to place an order for two of the walnut lounge chairs.
We received the chairs last week. I can honestly say, Yadea has exceeded ALL of my expectations. Both from a customer service standpoint as well as quality of their products. Nicolas was extremely responsive and professional in addressing all my questions and concerns. He walked me through the entire ordering and shipping process and answered all of my questions, from technical questions about the chairs themselves to options for shipping and clearing customs. No matter how many times I emailed him, he was always polite and responsive and made sure my questions were answered every time. They provided me samples to help select materials, and a final invoice outlining the order once we had made our selections.
Most importantly, the chairs themselves are terrific. Being reproductions, I wasn't sure what to expect regarding the actual comfort. That was my largest concern, as that is not something you can get a feel for from looking at photographs. But they are very comfortable!! I was pleasantly surprised how soft the cushioning is and comfortable the chairs are to actually sit on. The rubber shockmounts do in fact allow the seat to flex a bit, just as advertised. The quality of the leather work, the tufting detail, the metal base...everything looks impeccable. As a former architect, I was not sure how well I would appreciate this reproduction (versus the real thing). But I can genuinely say I am ecstatic with how well these turned out! Not only do they look amazing, they are really, truly comfortable. Couldn't be more pleased. Obviously, I can't speak yet as to how well they hold up as I've only had them for a week. But from everything I've seen thus far, the value of what you get versus what you pay is outstanding.
To anyone considering placing an order with this company, I would absolutely recommend it based on my experience.
After months of struggling with this company who doesn't provide any detailed information about the goods I bought, no tracking, nothing, I lost my customers and all my business because of them. I could not receive any compensation for this order. I was reimbursed in July for an order taken and fully paid in december !
This company is unstable and provides nothing. Do no make any business with them.
I recently ordered 5000 USD worth of office furniture (LC2 replica sofas, conference table and Eames Alu Chair replicas) from this company and had it delivered to Singapore in a timely fashion and without any problems. The quality of the furniture was excellent, and so was packaging and communication. Value for money is excellent. I am happy to recommend Tom Cheung and his company highly.
