Customer support and user interface needs improvement.
Variation could improve and better user experience with the user interface. I have tried to cancel my subscription via chat and 2 emails over a 2 week span with no response. I’m disappointed with my experience as someone who values premium customer support and communication.

The design and execution of the templates is extremely amateurish. Many look like near copies, or marginally amended, SmartArt layouts provided in PowerPoint. In addition, the slides are littered with grammatical and wording errors that simply would not be made by someone with even a good grasp of English.
To make matters worse, it's evident that the templates have been put together by people with very little, if any, experience of, the subject-matter being addressed. For example, the Value proposition Canvas is nonsense; the sample captions shown in the Finance slides have clearly been produced by someone with no finance/accounting knowledge; and the business plan and pitch deck templates have been put together by people with no experience of putting together either.
As noted by another reviewer, the templates don't reflect those shown in the online marketing.
There are 00s and 000s of slides available. Sadly quantity does not make up for truly woeful quality.
My strong advice is to save your money and look elsewhere.

The product is not good. Hard to use. On Mac it was next to impossible. No help on getting a refund. Wish I would have read the reviews first.

Wow, Im SUPER impressed with this purchase. I ordered the complete and cant believe the amount of choice and ease of use in these slides. They made it so easy!
I am a PC and Office 365 user but recently changed to MacBook Pro and Google Workplace so Im learning the quarks, I emailed a question on set up and they responded super quickly, with not only tutorial videos but personal video help. Im so impressed.
I have been using Choladeck presentation bundles for making my own presentations. They are a variety of collection and i am much satisfied by using them.
I bought the deck a few wks ago, went to log in and had difficulty so used online chat, was immediate response and immediate fix with a link ... very happy !
I'm currently preparing a startup pitch deck -- and I have previously created my own Powerpoint template which have more than 300 master templates -- when I found about Choladeck.
When the first time I read about the Bundle X product, I was skeptical that it's really has almost 4000 slides (at the time I purchased the product) because usually the other powerpoint commercial templates are showing plenty number of slides, only to find that they're the same slide but only with different color variations.
But when I have purchased the Bundle X (about 24 hours ago) and I have checked the main files, the Bundle X really has almost 4000 slides, with about almost 2000 slides for the light version and almost 2000 slides for the dark version. a slide with 15 color variation is counted as 1 slide.
and that HUGE number of slides can really save presentation creation time.
the main presentation folder size without the extra bonus files is almost 500MB. I also downloaded extra files (keynote & google slide, and powerpoint with image files), and the total size of the files is about 8.8GB (without any compressed files). there are surely some duplicate files, but the large folder size also speaks about the effort from the choladeck to give the best possible experience for the customer.
while I think the design can still be improved (because some of them are a bit similar to the other powerpoint presentations I have) -- but looking at the huge number of slides, and the number of presentation formats, also the future lifetime updates -- I think it's a pretty good deal especially if you need to design many presentations in your future work.
it will also be helpful if choladeck can add more tutorial videos and even more slides in the future -- but even without those, the product should already be more than sufficient for most people.
I purchased packages, then received an email about update download, but I don't find it out. In addition, I could not log in to the website.
