I was about to enroll in a plan that gives credit for usage over 1000kwt in a month but decided to call the choosetexaspower 877 number instead and I’m really glad I did. The agent Norma McKenzie explained in detail how I would be paying a lot more per month with that plan and she was able to advise me on a much more appropriate plan based on my usage. I can’t thank her enough. She has saved me a lot of money over the next 24 months.
Matthew was a great help! I had many questions and he answered them all very efficiently and with great patience!
Very nice and helpful lady just hard to understand because of her accent and being from a foreign country
I was really scared to use your service, until I talked with Mimi, you representative. She answered every question I had and assured me that your company is a rep able company! She took her time with me because I never used a service like yours! Anyhow she is the reason I made the switch and now I am glad I did

My agent was wonderful. I understood her and I felt comfortable making a final decision to switch
I love Choose Texas Power because it gives me freedom to taylor my needs to a utility company instead of a city doing it for me by contracts.
Had a great experience and got a perfect plan better than the one I had. Highly recommend!!
