While the shipping time was satisfactory, I regret to report that the item arrived damaged. The metal component of the item was bent. Considering the thickness of the metal, I am uncertain if this occurred during shipping or if it was initially sent thay way to begin with. I was offered a 25% refund for the damaged item.
