The watch is stunning. Very happy how it turned out. Was going to give a 4 star because it took 6 weeks to come in, but decided on 5 because it was worth the wait. Ben is constantly in communication with you if you ask a question. Very good customer service.

Extremely disappointed.
The watch build quality seems very poor. Expected a lot from seeing the images on the website. Seems like a mistake. The automatic mechanism looks cheap while comparing with other automatic watches which are of same price. The product looks different from what it’s shown. I paid 30% extra of the price of the product as customs tax. Disappointed.

Regarding the automatic movement, we use the NH35 movement for our watches, which is clearly stated in our product specifications. We believe in transparency and strive to provide accurate information about our products. We recently updated our "Black Midas Yachter" listing to include new photos and additional features such as the "cyclops." At the time of your order, the listing still had the older photos and did not feature the cyclops. Lastly, I understand your frustration with the customs tax. It's clearly stated on our website that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by your country's import laws. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be borne by the buyer. We truly value your feedback and are committed to improving our products and services. Ben ensured that my entire experience with the ordering and delivery process was smooth. He was upfront and honest and helped through a tough situation. Being in india, he helped figure everything out. Besides that of course, the watches look beautiful from the pictures and videos and I can't wait to wear it now. Finish looks absolutely flawless!
