Questionable Quality Control
I discovered Pagani Design while browsing AliExpress, and early research suggested they offered impressive value for money. After buying three models, I can say the designs are attractive and the movements run fairly accurately on a timegrapher. However, the quality control simply isn’t consistent enough.
Two of the three watches arrived with bracelet issues — one with an EZ‑link that won’t open, and another with a clasp that won’t lock into place. The movements work, but the rotor noise is noticeably louder than expected on the 3rd.
Overall, the watches look good for the price, but the QC problems are too frequent. Based on my experience, I won't t purchase more or recommend them further.

The crown unwound from the crown stem after 4 days wear.
Cannot set the time or date.
I have repeatedly asked for advice about what steps I should take and have received no reply.
Very disappointed.
I received the watch on time and I am very happy with it. I really like it. The only issue is that the settings are not always very accurate, but it still suits my needs and I'm satisfied with it

No Watch Delivery even after full payment

Pagani Design Website is showing that the order was confirmed on July 24th and on July 29th it was on its way, but then something happened and it was not delivered, and on July 30th in YunExpress the order is showing deleted as of July 30th
I need my watch that I paid for, or I need my refund

Total waste of money
Delivery far too long. Watch was getting condensation inside the lens, tried to tell it was because the winder wasn’t tight but actually inside against the face and the lens there was a seal that had come away from the casing inside.
Customer service a joke, refused responsibility despite asking for the proof photos what I sent 3 times. I’m glad I only paid £70 but in all honesty not worth £7

Quick Release Bracelets Please!
As always the quality of the watches is excellent, but one small complaint - could you please start using quick release straps and bracelets? You are now one of the very few watch manufacturers not doing so, and it would make life so much easier!
I like your watches…they re really good..but please also include a matching Rubber/Nylon/Leather straps as as well on watches with steel bracelets..we really struggle to get matching straps…

Divers, Watch , Seiko automatic movement is outstanding value for the money.
Delivered exactly what I was wishing for a high quality watch that keeps perfect time & looks great the build is good but the bezel does have a sharpe edge I actually can live with that & the watch strap also is of high quality with no sharp edges. My watch arrived 8 days after I ordered it direct from the factory in China & I'm highly delighted with my purchase & the price I paid for it. The free strap also is of high quality & actually better than a leather strap I've just purchased for £20 recently.
