The company is well advertised
The company is well advertised, the company has very good watches specially the use of the saphire crystal is a most. When you buy in Amazon where you have an exclusive is different you get your watch very fast in days. When you buy directly in China it takes weeks to get your watch, they don't respond e mails quickly it takes days. Overall China purchasing is bad very bad.

Product was received in the stated time,... rxed in excellent condition. after 4 days of wearing, checked on timegrapher and Amp~294, Beat error ~2ms, Rate is o-4secs/ day . I got the nh25 movement, so am not going to touch anything as I am very happy with the way the watch is running, very happy with the appearance of the watch,.. all I had to do was remove 2 links from bracelet.

I received my watch in a very short time. I do own a collection of Swiss watches from Rolex to omega and beyond but the watches I buy from pagani for every day use are superb and bring many comments. Thry work perfectly and this is my 3rd watch.

Delivery on time. Products as ordered only one little problem with a bracelet. It did not have springs and they have a different size. But they confirmed the size and offered me a new bracelet with the correct spring bars. Very nice of them.
Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. I requested to cancel my order before it was delivered, but my emails were ignored until the item had already been shipped. Slow responses and no real effort to help the customer. Very disappointing experience.
