Never received my order of the Evergreen Dwarf Grass Seed. The company sent me several parcel updates, and the last one indicated it had been delivered. Have checked with my post office as well and they checked the tracking # and indicated that the # wasn't available in any delivery services.
Ordered a face cream,received something totally different and when I emailed them they offered a $2 compensation as apparently this is all their policy allows. I emailed saying I want either the correct product sent or a full refund but they won't budge. Never again
Placed an order for some double sided wall tape. The price was on the website and I went through the ordering process to later realize that it ended up to be a lot more because the pricing wasn’t in Canadian dollars, it was USD. I didn’t realize until I got my PayPal receipt afterward. I emailed the company right away to tell them to cancel my order. They would not do it because they said it was already shipped even though I did not receive confirmation of shipping. I should have been able to cancel my order right after sending.
SCAMMERS. Site looks legitimate and accepts PayPal, so thought it was ok. Ordered a Woven Willow Highland Cow wall art for £40+. It was dispatched and tracked, so everything looked good, although it did take about 3 weeks to arrive. When the item finally arrived it was clearly not as described and looked nothing like the pictures. What I'd ordered should have been woven willow and about 20x25x55cm. What I received was a cheap looking resin head about about 7x10x15cm. I emailed them and got redirected to a complaints process which makes you jump through unnecessary hoops to get to some sort of resolution. Either way I had zero response to me emails and complaint, so went through PayPal who have been great so far. The seller agreed to pay a full refund on return of the item. The site makes it look as though it is based in America, but the return address is in a back street in China. Worse still is it cost me over £20 to return the item!! So, the scam is they take your order, send you an inferior product, then make it really difficult to return the item. And if you do, it costs a fortune, so most people wouldn't bother. I did, just out of principle.
