I have had 3 packages that went to the wrong house. The delivery person either is not careful, ignores GPS when it tells them they are too far from the destination, and there is no where to contact them to have them look further into the issues. I won't be ordering outside the US if I can't have dependable delivery.

STAY AWAY..I ordered a product on 5/11/26 from Luvilea a company on SHOPIFY. I was aware it may take a few weeks to deliver. Early June I still had not received the product so I started researching the delivery. Apparently there was an entire delivery chain of events from China to USA, California showing DELIVERED 6/3/2026. I was home and never received a thing. This was 3 gallons of product not a little item or light item. I have never had ANYTHING stolen from my property, no Fedx, UPS, nothing ever! I contacted the seller and then had to wait for them to obtain the USPS Tracking number. I went to USPS and they stated it was delivered based on their scanning device which pinpoints the exact location. I have security cameras which showed NO ONE making a deliver on 6/3/2026 at 11:23am or anytime that day except my regular USPS mail which was delivered at 4:03PM. USPS said file a claim and expected that it was stolen. Explained about my cameras, they said it doesn't matter they show it delivered and said to file a claim. I highly doubt it, 3 galloons of paint, not likely at all. Tried to file a USPS claim, what a joke since it shipped from China you cant. SO I tried to search for the CJPacket interception company--No address anywhere and the time frame to file just past. I contacted my credit card and they investigated saying it was delivered and ligit. What a joke the entire process is all a scam! I even paid for shipping protection,,, LOL Buyer Beware for sure :(

I have been waiting a month for a tv I bought through a company called “sunny garden”,I think the said company is in cahoots with “cj packet” on scamming people,they firstly said my package had been delivered when I got in touch and told them it hadn’t they said there was a Mis communication with regards the delivery so because of the trouble I have endured they will express deliver my tv through a different company who will have the package to me in no time,yes you guessed it still no tv. Keep well clear of CJ PACKET and a company called SUNNY GARDEN,you will be scammed and ripped off just like Myself,when you shop through the SHOP APP you would think that these companies would be barred from selling on their website? Apparently not
DONT TRUST THIS SHIPPING COMPANY
First I order something it was out for delivery July 1 and didn’t get marked delivered until July 5 and they delivered it to the wrong address I sent an email and never heard back from either party. So just know if your package is being shipped through this shipping company expect not to receive it, they are a bunch of scam artist and I believe all of them are in on it together.

Missing parcel!
They claimed that they had delivered my package to a 'locker' but did not say where. They also claimed they had informed me, but, I still have no idea where my package is. This was a Month ago! Absolutely disgusting, they either have no idea or are a bunch of con artists.

Feeling scammed.
I placed an order on 4/3/26. I was told we it arrived in the US it was given to USPS with a tracking #. When I checked with USPS it stated it was paid with counterfeit postage and I never got the package. Their website said it delivered 4/27. Contacted the company i bought from they said they would ship it again after I sent all the screen shots for proof. They said the package made it to LAX on 5/12. Departed Los Angeles on 5/15. Made it o my towns USPS on 5/17 and was delivered to my home in NY on 5/18 at 12:40pm and was signed for. I live in a home with a clearly marked address. No one was home at that time we were at work. And they never provided a USPS tracking number for me to track. The whole experience has been a disappointment and screams SCAM. Luckily I paid through PayPal and am requesting a refund.

Great tracking info, order arrived on time. When order was confirmed I received a link to a cjpacket.com tracking page which was updated daily. When the package reached the UK I received tracking details from Yodel, who delivered it right on time.

Figured something was up when my parcel was delivered and signed for in Lancaster, CA (I'm in TX). The vendor hasn't been reachable by email, and there is no phone number. I'm disputing the transaction with my credit card.

Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company which works wit fraudulent webshops. I ordered 3 sweaters at Anna-atelier, which apparantly scams consumers. I did not receive the items, they are unreachable and reviews say they are fraudulent as well. You do receive a confirmation mail of the order with a link to the trackingsite on cjpacket.com, but no progress at all.

Keeps saying none delivery address unknown my address is on the shipping label .why didn’t I listen to my gut before ordering a carpet spotwash from this company toptools had that awful feeling I was going to be scammed from them can people not read shipping labels no I didn’t think so
