From designing my engagement ring to having it delivered I could not have asked for a better jewellers! The customer service I have received was impeccable and I was part of the process every step of the way. My ring is beautiful and me and my fiancé are both over the moon. I would recommend this company to anyone even with ordering from the UK, the whole process was easy and the staff made it stress free. Five stars!
Wow, I mean just wow. Top to bottom, this was the easiest, most helpful company helping me through the most stressful purchase of my life. They made sure everything was what I wanted, and they helped me make the perfect, custom ring. On top of that, they responded very quickly, and they weren’t pushy like many other ring stores. Their process was seamless, and very fast. Lastly, the pricing, it’s hard to beat, a shiny, beautiful custom ring, for much less than other places I looked, you won’t find a better place than this place.
I can’t recommend this company enough. They made the entire custom ring process easy and fun. They’re quick with their responses and designs. The creative team is on point and made my vision come to life. The end product is stunning and better than I could’ve ever imagined. They genuinely care about their customers and value their work. The turnaround time from start to finish was just under 4 weeks and they were in communication with me the entire way to update me on where they were on the progress. They are an amazing company.
My ring looks amazing. Its everything i could have asked for. Looks perfect. The communication throughout though made the difference. Custom ordering is always a guessing game but Abby talked through the entire process just about everything. Shipping was quick and i couldnt be happier.
Overall my experience with Clairamor was great. Ordered an engagement ring on November 3rd and within a few hours had a representative reaching out to touch base. Throughout the entire process I was getting updated from the Clairamor team. They were very transparent and even let me know of a flaw during the casting of the setting that would have to be re cast and would push back the delivery date. Despite the push back I still received the ring on November 26th. Everything was packaged nicely and included paperwork with value and information about the ring/diamond. Because of the delayed delivery they also included a lab grown .515 carat 5 diamond bracelet with papers as a gift! Thank you Clairamor!
After months & months of searching for a trusted jeweler. I came across Clairamor! Cameron & his team have went above & beyond with this whole process. I asked a significant amount of questions to ease my worries & Cameron had an answer for everything with timely responses! I’ve never thought this process would be as easy as it was. The patience, care, and overall experience with Clairamor has been nothing short of amazing. I’m so happy I joined their family & am excited for my special day to come & show my girlfriend her dream ring.

Before finalizing, Cameron sent me a 3D design, which let me make changes so everything was perfect. The rings are even more stunning in person, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results!
