My wife loved the ring! I worked with Jenny to create a custom ring. She, and everyone else throughout the process was so helpful and easy to work with. They often gave me updates regarding the status of the ring and shipping details. (The whole process took exactly 1 month which is the amount of time I requested on the initial request!) The ring itself is perfect! I could never have gotten her just what she wanted without Clairamor and their team.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience with Clairamor. Right after I placed my order, the owner reached out to thank me and make sure everything was good to go. I had a couple special requests with shipping, and they had no problem working with me on them. Communication was great the whole time, and they always got back to me quickly.
When the ring showed up, I was honestly blown away. It looked even better than the video they sent me of it. The quality is awesome, and you can tell they really care about what they’re making. I proposed a couple days ago, and my fiancée absolutely loves it. She’s gotten so many compliments already, and everyone keeps saying how beautiful it is.
If you’re on the fence about ordering from Clairamor like I was, don’t be. Great people, great service, and an amazing ring. I’d buy from them again in a heartbeat.

They were an incredible company from start to end! Both Elli and Jenny were very responsive. The process was not complicated, I ended up misplacing the design and specs but Jenny went through our previous email and found it. Elli’s timeline was on the money and she answered any concerns I had. Very pleased with not only the product but the service as well.
