Timothy was great. He listened to what I needed and found out the best insurance for me. He knew I couldn’t afford to pay anything and I still needed to have 2 doctors found so I could keep up with my health. He found a good health insurance for me and I can use all the doctors I need to see. Also it goes into effect May First. I have never had a person listen to my needs as Timothy. He found an insurance that had all my doctors and he found out it also had 59.00 that I could use for food. Glasses,dental, hearing,. These are other things that are included on my plan.

The agent was so thorough. She asked questions and researched the questions I had. She listened to the concerns I had and checked out answers to improve my coverage. I could not have asked for anyone to checked things out more extensively.

I initially did not want make any change to my insurance plan,I called about another one of the misleading "ads". Francis was patient with me & we talked about some minor change to my plan which got me an extra $100.to my food card. We were on the phone quite awhile but it was worth it. Thanks, Francis

He explained the difference from the old policy and the new policy
The agent explained different policies,and after making a decision he explained even more about the new policy. And in the end run,I will be saving $40 a month.
