A wrong turn that led me to the right place
This isn't the company that I intended to call, but you might say that Divine Intervention must've been in play. Robert was so helpful and informative and I believe he saved me from making a costly error. I would highly recommend Robert, and in fact, I am calling someone right now that might benefit from his guidance.
Great agent and experience
I talked to several providers and a half dozen agents and David Volkert was awesome. Very clear and helpful in explaining my options and patient in answering questions. I spoke to him several times with follow-up questions and he was always wonderful to work with.

I usually find dealing with insurance…
I usually find dealing with insurance agents and issues about as pleasant as having a root canal. Robert Taylor may have changed my outlook on the whole industry. I had run into what seemed like an insurmountable obstacle with getting part D coverage, and he promptly called me, put us on a conference call with Medicare...and.. like magic, I now have part D coverage. I do not know how he got past what I had found to be a stone wall, but I am pleasantly surprised...and extremely grateful.
