Extremely disappointed with ClickMagick. I encountered several unexpected costs that weren't disclosed upfront. When I asked for clarification, customer support gave me incomplete answers and ignored my main concerns. Too many hidden fees and unreliable communication.

Charged for a subscription after cancelling
Hello. We have never had any customer with the name Tanya Botha. Can you please provide the real name you used to signup for ClickMagick? It's not technically possible for you to have been charged after cancelling. We've had over 122,000 customers over the past 14 years, and not a single one has ever been charged after cancelling.
I realized I signed up for this, and it was a mistake. I asked for a refund, and they responded immediately, gave me a refund, with no questions asked. This is a very polite and respectful company that values its customers.

The product is incredibly robust, and quite frankly more than I was ready for. I was able to easily integrate it with my Google Ads campaigns, but it was the customer service that led me to leave this review. I had a billing issue that was initiated by a locked card and the team at ClickMagick was able to work with me quite easily and very fairly to resolve it. In the future, once I generate some more Google ads, I will mostly come back and give it another opportunity to integrate with my marketing.
