Thank you to Branden and Chris for their extreme professionalism. Been involved with several closings and they made a nightmare experience with a local bank who was using slimy tactics to hostage my inspection be an absolute smooth process.. not only did I get a better rate and save but they also got it done in record timing. Wished I had been introduced to them sooner! Goes to show you should shop things and agents may not have your best interest.
