Misleading and misinformed

Reached out initially with a "low 5's" interest rate and after a week of back and forth, learned that was never possible. I found Issac Alberts to be misleading, misinformed and a bit predatory. I would not recommend and would not (and I did not) seek them out. They are a legit business, but scammy nonetheless.
