Very good product. That is hard to find in stores if at all. Product was highly suggested by my ophthalmologist. Good price and appreciate the offer discount. Shipping and packing as well.

Hi Jerrine, We apologize for the delay. Your 11/13 order shipped on 11/14 and was delivered on 11/24. Our shipper is DHL/USPS, shipping from Delaware. It should have taken 5-7 business days. Unfortunately, it took them longer to deliver once they arrived in California. We are sincerely sorry about it. Since I began using Cliradex
Since I began using Cliradex, which was suggested by my Optometrist, my corneas look much healthier. Originally, I used Cliradex everyday, but now I only need to use the Cliradex wipes weekly. I ordered Cliradex wipes directly from their website, and the price was good, and shipping & delivery were all good.
Repeat customer.
It was easy to place my order. The cost includes shipping so there was no extra fees. Delivered in a timely fashion.

Fast and reasonably priced shipping on top of a great product. It's a bit pricier than the competition but, honestly, there is no competition as the Cliradex works and the other brands ... not so much.

It burns my eyes

Hello Sharon, A cooling tingling sensation is normal. If it felt more like a sting/burn, please be assured that it goes away after few applications. If still there, there are 2 explanations for it: • If you're feeling a burning sensation, your skin may be compromised or wounded. It may sting similar to putting alcohol on a wound. The same is possible if you use Cliradex on already irritated or open skin. Do not use Cliradex. • If you develop symptoms such as itching, swelling, or excessive dryness, this may indicate an allergic reaction/hypersensitivity to T40 (especially if they have a known sensitivity to fragrances). In any case, you should rinse-off and discontinue the use of the product and consult your physician if any of these symptoms develop. While our products are natural, safe, and effective, we realize that some people are allergic to essential oils. If you continue to experience a reaction, please discontinue the use of Cliradex.
