Other products don't do the job
I have tried several eye wash products and Cliradex is the only one that helps keep the blepharitus under control. I use it morning and evening.

Nov 16 2023 Thankful for your customer service! Placed order for two boxes of wipes for Halloween discount of $20 off on Oct 31. For some reason my purchase was declined. I sent email to Cliradex that my purchase had not gone through and I still wanted to get the $20 off. Christophe M. Replied and said that he had changed my purchase status to “pending “ so that I was able to complete my purchase the day after the official sale when I called customer service. Thank you, Christophe!

It provides temporary relief, usually enough for me to fall asleep, but hasn't gotten rid of the demodex. I need an extra strength version. I am currently seeking a prescription treatment. Update: With regards to your comment about using your product for 90 days, check your records and you'll see I've been ordering your product for the past 90 days but actually using it for longer. Every day I have to deal with these mites is nothing but pain. (Insert rant about local dermatologists not listening and taking months to get an appointment.)

Hi Paul, Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear you are still struggling. Please note it takes 3 months to end the mite lifecycle. Keep in mind dry eye is often a multi-factorial disease and other causes may be to be looked at. Regarding Demodex, the only prescription is Xdemvy. Cliradex is the only over-the-counter alternative. I have tried three other products
I have tried three other products, but Cliradex works best for me. I have dry eyes. I have tried two different prescription drugs with no luck. Cliradex is the first step in my routine, followed by two different over the counter eye drops. I do this twice a day. My eyes are great now. I went thru a lot of different products to get here. My eyes hurt all time and I could hardly see.

Wonderful, But Avoid If You Have Thin Skin
A fine product, easy to use and feels great later, but definitely do not use if you think you have sensitive or thin skin. The ‘cooling’ sensation is a level 8/10 pain that I grit through for over five minutes. The results after the agony (no I’m not being dramatic) is gone is wonderful, but while there’s no swelling or redness, the initial pain just isn’t worth it.

Hello Sarah, Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. We understand your concern and would like to assure you that a cooling tingling sensation is normal. If it felt more like a sting/burn, please be assured that it goes away after a few applications. This tingling sensation is a common occurrence with tea tree oil, but a burning sensation is not. If you feel burning, you might be experiencing something else. • If you're feeling a burning sensation, your skin may be compromised or wounded. Do not use Cliradex. It may sting similar to putting alcohol on a wound. The same is possible if you use Cliradex on already irritated or open skin. • If you develop symptoms such as itching, swelling, or excessive dryness, this may indicate an allergic reaction/hypersensitivity to T40 (especially if they have a known sensitivity to fragrances). Here are a few tips for using Cliradex if you have sensitive skin: 1) Always test a patch of skin on your arm to see how you will react to the T40, mainly if you've never used tea tree oil. 2) Avoid using Cliradex after bathing as pores may be exfoliated and exposed. 3) Wipe your eyelids and eye area gently while keeping your eyes closed. 4) Avoid getting Cliradex in your eyes. 5) Keep your eyes closed for about 15-30 seconds as the area dries. We recommend that during the application you: 1) Close your eyes firmly. 2) Gently wipe the foam or towelette across the lid and surrounding eye area without pressing it too hard on the eye or into the corners of the eye. 3) Allow the product to air-dry briefly (15-30 seconds) before opening your eyes. While our products are natural, safe, and effective, we realize that some people are allergic to essential oils. If you continue to experience a reaction, please discontinue the use of Cliradex.
