Fast response time on inquiry's. I have even reached out on the weekend expecting a response during business hours and still had one of the med team answer. They have options on meds, frequency of shipments and the compounding pharmacy is great. Pack for summer heat with all supplies and precise, clear instructions. Price points are fabulous! I was able to get 3 months of my semaglutide for 1/2 the price of a Noom membership. If you don't need AI generated guidance like some of the other companies and have done your research on GLP feel confident with Clover Meds. I just ordered again and my order is already in transit

Up until today my experience has been wonderful. Everyone has been very professional, I’ve been pleased with the lowered prices and the flexibility with the choice of plans. However today I had a very difficult time trying to purchase the single month plan for maintenance. The person I chatted with kept telling me I needed to purchase a multi month plan, which led me to wonder if your employees are on commissions. I felt pressured and I hope that’s not the case.

Our shortest option is a 3-month treatment plan with month-to-month shipments and payments. If you decide not to continue after your first month, you're always welcome to cancel your future shipments, provided you notify us at least 5 days before your next scheduled shipment so we have time to cancel the order before it's sent to the pharmacy.
