It was a great learning all through the course. I had to listen and listen again to some of the topics. The Instructor really did a great job. I appreciate the effort and time he put into this tutorial to bring out one of the best tutorials I had watched. Thank you Mosh. Regards, Michael Abobade

Go into this with prior knowledge of why things work.

Mosh as a teacher is very good, he tells you how to do something and you feel like you are doing it yourself. As a learner, you have a very good time with learning from Mosh because he explains topics very well. My only issue is that he does not go into detail when teaching certain topics, so you're left with the knowledge of how to write code, but you don't have a full grasp on why the code works the way it does. Which makes me feel like I'm being handed a toolbox to build something and not being told what any of the tools do, just what they are. Overall, the way Mosh explains certain topics is great, I think it's very simple to understand and his courses offer a lot more than what you would find anywhere else online for free. My only problem is you have to have prior knowledge of certain things, and you have to go out of your way mid-lecture to research why what you just learned works the way it does, when it should be used and when it shouldn't. Code with Mosh courses are very good and informative, you are taught to program by someone who clearly knows what he's doing and it will leave you satisfied after you finish a course and feel like you've truly learned a lot. But you have to know the basics of why things work the way they do if you want to actually apply the knowledge you've gained from this course to the real world, you have to do some research. I think the experience is great and Mosh is a great teacher, I just wish there was more explanation and examples for whenever something new comes up.

So I'm a complete beginner and I am 29% complete but I'm still lost.... There are alot of stuffs to learn and they keep changing and sometimes I don't even know how you come about them. I honestly want to learn but I just end up confused🥲😂. Was I supposed to have a prior knowledge of python before the course?.

I would recommend adding a deliberate…

I would recommend adding a deliberate failure in some of the courses elements, so once the problem get's resolved after wrestling to some extent with it, then a better and more persistent knowledge remains. For the PK and FK definition there is one more verbose way of declaration which was skipped like - KEY `FK_key_name` (`col_name`), CONSTRAINT ......, but is available in the create-dbs files. Deeper delving within different relations would be welcome as those are really essential and often bring confusion in the trainees, especially during modelling when need to be decided if it would be optional one, or mandatory one, or optional/mandatory many. The transactions part of the course was really complex and I put higher efforts for getting to the bottom of the matter with the insulation levels. Anyway, the course is really nice and helpful, just need to be further improved for easier understanding.

Good Teacher but bad platform...

Excellent teaching skills I swear uncle Mosh is the best of the Best but I don't know why my account was locked accidentally now I am unable to unlock it Logging is not working anymore and Whenever I try to connect with the support they just do ignore me... they had only replied me once and now I am facing plenty of problems I had subscribed Lifetime 7 courses....
