Buyer beware. Do not order from this company unless you want your money stolen from you. I ordered a limited edition hoodie. They charged me $80. It was lost by the US mail. I spoke to the USPS and they said the product was insured and that Cody Ko store Should reimburse my money. I contacted Cody store to inform them and they told me that I never ordered from them. I emailed them again showing proof of purchase proof of shipping and proof of delivery to the USPS warehouse in Atlanta Georgia, where it disappeared and never left the warehouse .Then they ignored me. I followed up three times and they continued to ignore me. I sent another email today telling them I would report them to the Better Business Bureau and they blocked my email. What kind of customer service is this? Unless you like, having your money stolen from you, do not order from this company!
Do not order from Cody’s run club. I ordered a hoodie that was labeled “in stock.” It took sending three emails and waiting seven weeks for them to let me know it was out of stock. I would have happily swapped it with something else in a recent drop if it meant receiving my order sooner but their lack of timely correspondence made sure that I didn’t get that opportunity. I’m so disappointed in their company.
Let me start by saying I am a huge fan of Cody ko. I purchased a tshirt and a hoodie 5 months ago and it still hasn't shipped! I contacted customer service 3 times now and only a bot answers and says "let me review your information and get back to you" and then they never do. I just want to recieve my items or get a refund but it doesn't look like either is going to happen. Over $100 down the drain. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from codys run club again.
I am so sad to have to write this but I just ordered some merch from Codys new running club merch and the shipping took almost 2 months, customer support never responded (after my 4th mail they did), I received a completely different item (does not look like the colors in the picture at all + pattern was missing). As I was trying to return it I could not find anything on their return policy. 70 dollars for a cotton hoodie (that looks like it has been washed once already) is not what i expected. Never buying again.
My wife unfortunately purchased from this website. It poses as an official Cody Ko merch website but is owned by an alibaba ecommerce company.
The items are of very poor quality and customer service does not respond.
I used this business for a very short time to stream tv. During that time i was treated horribly each time i had issues with buffering due to no fault of my internet co. The owner called me a B...h. Im 73 yrs old. Ive never been treated so poorly by a co in my life and i see i wasnt the only one treated poorly. I feel like there could be illegal pirating going on, i could be wrong but well soon see. $20 mo is not enough $ to pay the major networks like nbc abc cnbc fox etc! Beware!! He cancelled my acct because i complained about buffering lol amazing but i got hula in 5 mins a very reputable co!!!
